Very rare indeed. And judging from the very few scenes I've ever seen, it's far too short a moment as well.

Tori Sinclair and (J Black?) do a standing scene in CW's Cyber Heat. It's simply beautiful , that is until it erupts into a silly hips banging into hips type thing/contest.

And if for nothing else, standing face to face, hips into hips does makes for a stunningly sexy "foreplay" scene.
